Confidentiality and Ownership


All work product and Client communications will remain confidential.  Work product produced for a Client will be the property of the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.


standard rates

  • Professional and Business Clients: $75 per hour For Kim Zirkle; ($45 per hour for data foassistant)
  • Non-Profit Clients: $55 per hour for Kim Zirkle; ($35 per hour for data assistant)
  • Expedite or Emergency Rates may apply upon Agreement
  • Monthly billing - (retainer or minimum fees will apply as appropriate)
  • Structured Project Arrangements Available upon Agreement
  • Ongoing Data or Department Management or Support Arrangements upon Agreement
  • Initial Project Assessment: $50 (includes initial meeting or telephone consultation not to e exceed One Hour and written assessment)


EXPENSES

  • Client will be responsible for expenses incurred including travel, accommodation, mileage(at prevailing IRS reimbursement rates), postage, express mailing, software, computer programs, on-line services, telephone, facsimile, copy and duplication, etc.  Expense items exceeding $100 will require written approval by the Client. Upon request, the Client may be required to advance known future expenses.
  • To the extent the project requires consultation with outside experts (e.g. hardware specialists, programmers, web designers, network specialists, engineers, legal, accounting, etc.) and the Client authorizes such work, the Client will be responsible for payment of such outside experts on a direct pay basis unless otherwise agreed.
  • If the Client and DRC agree to utilize proprietary work product, systems or programs of DRC for a project, an agreed upon license or use fee will apply.
